Refund Policy

Because Astro Zerolink primarily provides digital spiritual tools, reports, and dakshina-based offerings, refunds are handled carefully and only in limited cases.

1. Digital Reports and Access

  • If a premium report has already been generated, delivered, downloaded, or substantially accessed, it is generally non-refundable.
  • If payment succeeds but the promised premium access or report is not delivered due to a platform-side error, you may request review and correction or refund.

2. Dakshina Offerings

  • Dakshina-based offerings are devotional in nature and are not treated like recurring subscriptions.
  • Where a dakshina payment is made in error, duplicate, or without receiving the intended access, a review may be requested within 7 days.

3. Duplicate or Failed Payments

  • If the same payment is captured more than once for the same purpose, the duplicate amount will be reviewed for refund or adjustment.
  • If a gateway marks payment as failed or abandoned, access will not be granted unless the transaction is later confirmed.

4. Review Timeline

  • Approved refund reviews are typically processed within 7 working days, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
